Mr. Subba Bangera
Mr. Subba Bangera is the President of Active Biz Solutions.
He has done his B.SC (Hons) from Mumbai University,B.SC (Tech) in Plastics from UDCT & Management from Jamunalal Bajaj Institute. He has been specially train advance Leadership Trainings such as PIM process by Amy Sitzler of GE on Process Planning & Improvements (GE methodology) ,LMIA (Leadership & Management in Action ). Also trained in Six Sigma in Sidel Academy of one piece assembly technique.
He has vast experience of 40 years, He recently retired as the Chairman & MD of Sidel India Pvt ltd. Owned by Tetra Leval Group after serving term for 15 years. He had worked with Polychem Ltd (DOW Chemical’s) as Sr. Research Chemist, GARWARE Polyesters Ltd as Technical Service Executive, ABS Plastic Ltd as Product Develop Manager. He was also associated with SOLVAY as an indenting agent for marketing raw Material. Advisor and agent to M/s. HUSKY INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEMS, CANADA & SIDEL, FRANCE. Developed the two stage market for India, which laid today the foundation for the large scale use of PET in packaging. He was instrumental in developing Machines from 35ml to 25 liters. Speed range from 1000 bottles to 6000 bottles per hr. for variety applications eg: Beverages, Edible Oil, Liquor and Pesticides.
In 1981, he started his own consultancy firm ‘HIGH TECH CONSULTANTS’ to help small and medium scale industries in their expansion plans. He had been consultant to esteemed organization such as Safari Luggage, Mutual Plastics, Milton Plastiics, Allied Industries, Alkon Plastics, Mahavir Plastics, Mapco Structural Foams, ICICI and so on.
Mr. Bangera is well known personality in the field of Plastic & Beverages and with his expert opinion is sought by many Industrial houses. His vision helped in developing small machines in India to suit the small customers to produce bottles with same quality as bigger blowers.
Mr. Pramod Shah
Mr. Pramod Shah is serving as Director in Viceroy Impex in U.A.W. for last 2 years. He has vast experience around 39 Years. He started his carrier as an Office Engineer in R & D department in L &T . He has worked as General Manager in INGERSOLL RAND Recip Air & Asia Pacific PBM Division (24 Years). He was Consulting to Super Pharma Pack Inc. also.
Mr Promad had done his B.E.(Electrical) from S.P College of Engineering, completed his High school studies from Bai Kabibai High School, and St.Xaviers collage.
He is specialized in Designing & Managing System and Processes, People Development, Mapping Business opportunities, Building relationship with stakeholders, Global Technical Collaborations, Managing people from different culture and Mentoring.
He is very well known for his planning strategic market plan execution of account management, pre-sale efforts with skills in P&L management, completior and market analysis, staffing, management of reorganization and target marketing. He is also a proactive Leader with Skilled communicator with exceptional presentational skills and ability in forging business partnership in marketing, lead cross-functional teams established beneficial relationship with key players in the industry.
He firmly believes that people and companies have great potential and his goals are to help them to reach the same.
Ms. Smita Bangera
Ms. Smita Bangera is the Executive Director of Active Biz Solutions.
She finished her Graduated in Science (Chemistry) from Satheye College, Mumbai University in May 1999. And then went on to do Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indira School of Management Studies Pune. She subsequently did a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
She has work experience of over 14 year in Sales & Marketing.
She embarked upon this journey of experience from renowned companies like Castellino Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (DSA of HDFC Ltd.) High-Tech Design Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. Avon Beauty Products (I) Pvt. Ltd.
Her accomplishments were off the charts at the well-known cosmetic Brand Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. She has driven the teams to double digit sales growth year on year and motivating the team to constantly keep growing has been her key achievements. Which gave her the much-deserved promotion. For her contribution & work She has been awarded the numerous award and honor.
She is highly motivated and dynamic women, who believes to lead from the front. She is also Nominated as Chapter Director for the Business Association ”Me- Udyojak (Yash Chapter)”.
She does thing creatively, she is a very Warm & Friendly Person to Approach who believes in Living life in its completeness. A strong Believer of Patience, Persistence & Process.
Mr. Ravi Bangera
Director
The Innovation Brain of ABS
Ravi is a Mechanical engineer with experience of more than 10 years in machine design and product design. He is proficient in handling softwares like Autocad, Bricscad& solid works.
He has designed complicated products & special purpose machines for customers. Some notable products are, case packer for tetrabricks, shrink wrapper & preform dumper for beverage industries. Which are presenting in action & have improved the production efficiency for the clients.
He has designed more than 500 PET bottles for many brands, He also a holds patent dispenser cap jointly for the innovation in design.
Having played major role for building IMH blowing machine for Integrated Plastics Australia.
Well he is not willing to Stop Here – continuing with some amazing work with Indian & International Clients.
